I have a shop and would like to retail your collection. Is that possible?
Fantastic to hear you would like to sell our collection! If you would like to know more about your opportunities, than please get in touch with the sales representative or sales agent of your particular region. You can find their contact details here.
Another way to submit your details is by creating an account with us here. Once received, we will forward these to the relevant sales representative of your region. They will get in touch with yoyu and as soon as your business has been vetted you will receive your login details by mail
I have been registered as your customer, but I have lost my password for the webshop!

What is my username?
Your username is the email address that you used to register with us.
Can I buy from you as an individual customer?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. We are a Wholesale company and only serve B2B and coporate clients. Our collection is available through these sales points.
If you would like to know if a shop has a certain item in stock, do get in touch with your nearest shop or online retailer
Can I come and visit your showroom?
A showroom visit is only available for B2B and corporate clients
How do I clean glassware from the DutZ Collection?
Obviously, you want to enjoy your precious mouthblown vase from DutZ as long as possible. The best way is to clean the item with lukewarm water with a dash of dishwashing liquid. Please do not clean the glassware in a dishwasher!
I am not satisfied with one of your items! What can I do?
Out items are handcrafted with the greatest care and attention for detail. But of course it can happen that you are unsatisfied with a particular item from the DutZ Collection. We are very sorry to hear this! The best way to proceed is to take your item back to the shop where you have bought it and try to find a solution with the reailer, they are able to reclaim the article from us! In cas of breakage please do be aware thet glass may shatter further and can cause harm.
